Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure excellent guest relations.
• Post bets from patrons and redeem Sports Wagering Operations tickets or vouchers through the allocated Bet America Sports Casino system.
• Control cash levels between cage areas.
• Handle currency, checks, and chips.
• Assist with credit related activities such as processing credit applications.
• Communicate with pit personnel.
• Supervise all Cage Cashiers, develop schedules, train.
• Perform day-to-day operations of cage cashiering and credit functions.
• Assist in balancing windows/banks and Main Bank.
• Follow established procedures, and internal control policies.
• All other duties as assigned with the normal operation of a Cashiers Cage.
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions: 

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience Required: Three years’ experience as a Cage Cashier. Supervisor experience preferred.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to perform mathematics functions, ability to effectively interact with people. Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to work any shift, ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
